    Don’t bother getting anything done here they laugh in your face like they are owed something in life and you are below them. Only went here for shorter wait time and now I understand why it’s a shorter wait time. Never answers the phones and everything gets lost?

    Terrible excuse for law enforcement. The clerks office is understaffed. The staff that is there takes there time assisting you. They are unprofessional, slow and are not willing to help. I waited 2 hours for my number to be called. No one has a sense of urgency. Now courtroom 103 judge Donald Havis Went for a waiver court was supposed to start at 1:30. His doors opened at, 1:45. The bailiff was extremely rude yelling for everyone to have a seat. Sat for 1 hour while bond court took place. Then the judge gets up and leaves. . I had to turn in the motion and sit until 4pm for the judge to return and call more cases. THIS COURTHOUSE IS A JOKE. STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOW, LAZY AND DISGUSTING. IT'S ASHAMED THE TREATMENT YOU RECEIVED AT A COOK COUNTY COURT HOUSE. THESE PEOPLE DESERVE TO NOT HAVE JOBS.

    All the officers checking people in were courteous. To some degree, they have to raise their voices so the crowds can hear them, but you have to realize it's their job to maintain order and keep people safe. I went for a traffic violation, and was literally in and out in 25 minutes, including check in and walking back to my car, which was super far away. I was shocked! I thought I would have to be there for hours! Well, if I were there for jury duty, I suppose I would be. Anyhow, I had a very nice experience and am sorry so many people have not. Hopefully you will have a nice experience.

    Terrible! I have been trying to call the last couple of days to set up insurance and no one is answering the phone!!! I'm glad I haven't paid anything because now I feel like there will be nothing but inconsistencies when I have an emergency and need to contact them or road side assistance! I actually read a review saying the same thing but I still opted to continue to get the service! They refuse to answer the phone!!!
