  Terrible excuse for law enforcement. The clerks office is understaffed. The staff that is there takes there time assisting you. They are unprofessional, slow and are not willing to help. I waited 2 hours for my number to be called. No one has a sense of urgency. Now courtroom 103 judge Donald Havis Went for a waiver court was supposed to start at 1:30. His doors opened at, 1:45. The bailiff was extremely rude yelling for everyone to have a seat. Sat for 1 hour while bond court took place. Then the judge gets up and leaves. . I had to turn in the motion and sit until 4pm for the judge to return and call more cases. THIS COURTHOUSE IS A JOKE. STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOW, LAZY AND DISGUSTING. IT'S ASHAMED THE TREATMENT YOU RECEIVED AT A COOK COUNTY COURT HOUSE. THESE PEOPLE DESERVE TO NOT HAVE JOBS.

  Waited 1 hour and no one answered.. Okay guess I'll be going to jail for poor services... smh my call isn't important to you because if it was customer Service would have picked up.
